About Finland Circular
Finlandia Circular is a series of international events that will take place in Colombia, Peru, and Chile during the last quarter of 2025, following the successful launch in Panama in October of this year.
Its purpose is to connect Finland's experience and leadership in circular economy and sustainability with key players in Latin America, driving the transition to more sustainable production and consumption models.
The program brings together representatives from governments, the private sector, multilateral organizations and Finnish companies, in order to explore concrete solutions to challenges in sectors such as energy, waste management, digitalization, decarbonization, sustainable construction, bioeconomy and green finance.
Through high-level panels, micro-pitch business presentations, and networking opportunities, Finlandia Circular seeks to foster strategic alliances, promote sustainable investment projects, and strengthen technical cooperation between Finland and the region. Each edition adapts its content to the local context. Following the first event in Panama, upcoming editions will be held in Bogotá, Lima, and Santiago, Chile, consolidating a regional platform for innovation, collaboration, and sustainable action.
Furthermore, Finlandia Circular is an official side event of the World Circular Economy.
Forum (WCEF) 2025, which is coming to Panama for the first time. This consolidates its position as a space for practical collaboration where Finnish innovation connects with Latin American opportunities, generating real impacts towards an inclusive, competitive, and low-carbon circular economy.
