About The Event
This high-level breakfast meeting will bring together representatives from the Finnish government, Panamanian authorities, multilateral organizations, and Finnish companies participating in Finland Circular – Innovation and Sustainability for Panama.
The meeting will offer an overview of the Finnish circular economy model and opportunities for cooperation with Panama, highlighting Finland's leadership in sustainability, innovation, and environmental management. During the session, specific experiences will be presented, including Sitra's cooperation through the EU Circular Economy Resource Center (EU CERC) and the emblematic case of ECO³ – Finland's Circular City, developed in the city of Nokia, which exemplifies how circularity can be integrated at the urban and industrial levels.
The breakfast will also serve as a space for dialogue and networking among key actors to strengthen alliances, promote knowledge transfer, and explore joint opportunities in circular economy and sustainability between Finland and Panama.
